BIST Mentoring Programme

The BIST Mentoring Programme is open for applications for MENTORS & MENTEES

This Programme is designed to help junior researchers (from PhD students and postdocs) articulate their career aspirations and feel supported as they evolve as scientists or transition to a new phase in their careers. The mentors are senior researchers, scientific staff, and external professionals who volunteer to participate in the programme. The BIST Mentoring Programme is an eight-month initiative with professional training for both mentors and mentees that builds invaluable professional relationships and promote scientific talent.
